For attendance today instead of saying ‘here’, they answered with their favorite food. Conversation With First Graders Me: S, what’s your favorite food? S: Barria Tacos Me: K, What’s your favorite food? K: McDonalds. Me: Yummy! What do you like to get at McDonald’s? K: Happy Meal!!! Me: What’s your favorite thing in your Happy Meal? K: Toy! *granted, I should’ve been more specific. Me: Me too! What’s your favorite thing to eat in your Happy Meal? K: Chocolate Milk! Me: so cool! Do you get McNuggets or a Hamburger? K: Both! Me: which do you like better, McNuggets or Hamburger? K: Hamburger. Me: J, what’s your favorite food? J: My grandma’s tamales. Me: A, What’s your favorite food? A: Cucumber Salad.
