After a traumatic leave from my dream job - teaching Junior High School Theatre - I returned to teaching Elementary School. It was hard. I missed my kiddos immensely. I missed my dream job, not to mention how traumatic it was to leave. After two years, I decided to accept the fact that I am an elementary school teacher by posting something positive that happened in my classroom every day. It started on Instagram and Facebook. It's now in blog form. Thanks for coming.

Working on being precise with our pantomime by playing What’s in the Box. Too bad I can’t show his face, because there was 💩 in his 📦. Not only was he VERY precise with indicating, opening, and pulling out what was his box, his facial expressions and silent gagging was even more precise. There was NO questioning what was in that box!
As you can imagine, this second grade class loved it…so did I, but ONLY because he was SO precise.
