One of the downsides of working at two schools is that sometimes I somehow (I blame menopause, among other things) forget things, like today when I went to pull out stuff I needed for my planned lesson and…it wasn’t there, so I had to scramble for something…I have my yellow bandanas at this school, so to the rescue they came…
These first graders made connections (would normally use ribbons) with the bandanas. This is what they told me their creations were:
Group 1 : An axolotl
Group 2: An elephant
Group 3: A banana
So…yeah.
They make me giggle.
