My back still hurts, pretty badly, It didn’t hurt too much this morning, but once I got going…yeah, it hurts.
The scene: 25 second-graders all sitting in Actor’s Neutral on their stars. Me standing in front of the classroom, but trying to sit down without sending a stabbing pain to my back. I finally sit.
Second-grader: A thousand years later.
Then I laughed. Hard. And sent a stabbing pain to my back, but somehow I’m totally okay with it.
